TNM has many years of success and expertise in conferencing and facilitation based training services in wide ranging fields such as IT and End User Computing, Employment Law and Benefits, Legal, Health, Social Sciences and Business Management training sessions. For many years, TNM has been quite successful in assisting government departments and private companies with solutions to their inhouse training of their members of staff in various fields. TNM has served over numerous clients in South Africa and beyond who are pleased with services rendered.

Our Services

If given an opportunity, TNM has capacity of trained and accredited facilitators to provide training and facilitation services in the following areas:

  • Advice and opinions on inhouse training, facilitation and conferencing in the legal, commercial, social sciences and health sectors.
  • Inhouse training and facilitation in any field requested by clients.
  • Training and Conferencing on interpretation and implementation of international and domestic labour policy and Employment benefits.
  • Training and Conferencing on the legislative and regulatory framework pertaining to inter-governmental relations..

    • Once appointed to conduct workshops, TNM will also provide;

  • Accredited facilitators to conduct workshops.
  • A comfortable venue to conduct workshops.
  • A venue with facilities to effect proper training of participants
  • Accredited certificates will be awarded to participants of workshops.
  • Booklets and or leaflets detailing the content taught and or discussed at workshops.
  • Progress reports of participants in instances where workshops are over a long course. A well detailed summary of what has been taught and or training outcomes of workshops..

    • When it comes to ethical decision-making, TNM has the tools and approaches necessary to help ensure that those we train remain on the right track. We provide a framework to help those we train and other stakeholders to act ethically. We will use our experience and knowledge to help those we train achieve this.
